when it comes to benefits and compensation Western Wats, I would say is one of the best but totally sucks when it comes to management and the way they handle their employees... tsk tsk tsk... suspension and termination jud daun ang ilang first resort without trying to look other ways or rather consider some other ways first before concluding that termination and suspension is the best and only way... my friend was suspended effectively immediately last december 23, two days before christmas... bastosan ang show....

walay call center nga pang buntag 7-3 jud bah.. tsk tsk tsk.. bad sad anang night shift permi oi.. makadaut mana sa skin and maka shorten sa lifespan sa taw.. tsk tsk tks .. we humans are made to live by day and not by night.. night is for momo..

it's recession, considering the people na nawad-an og job this time. although we hate our employers but let's be thankful that we have a job and ng sweldo pa ghpon ta in times like this one.

perfectly describes WIPRO, specifically for those who are under or should I say used to be under the United Airlines account, it's a perfect opportunity to waste your time there and your efforts

been to that account and company ................! hmpf! okay lang unta ang United account, labi na for reservations ra. ang mk lagot, ang company. liman ka, ask cla nimo sa interview: ok lang nimo to stay after the shift or come in before shirt for huddles/ meetings? syempre, ok ra esp kung updates db? ug unya, pag abot sa operations ... mag huddle tuod mo 15-30 mins. pero wala na OT pay! kay ang OT kuno dapat minimum of 30 mins nga productive time. ug unsa man ng productive time? kung mag take kuno ug calls ! ana ... d man ingon ani sa etel ui. unya, shagitan pa ka sa mga indians. ug mag lain imong lawas, dugay pa kaau ka mk adto clinic ... one time, ako miga, tungod kay niadto clinic kay super lain na jd iyang pmati ... next break nya, wa na sha gp-take kay kulang na iyang number of hours sa calls. so instead of taking a break, gp-calls sha kay tungod lagi katong niadto sha sa clinic... so, don't go wipro!

i know sa una, bag-o pa and etel, gkiha sila sa PS and Sykes tungod kay wala man nisunod ang etel sa "provincial rate". in other words, kung pila sweldo sa taga-Manila, mao sad sweldo namo diri. . . dpende n sa companya kung msunod cla ana sa gobyerno ... nihawa lang ko etel kay gkapoy na jud ko, labi na gahi mga ulo mga agents. virtual assistant nlng ko karon , sa etel the second...
