    can you please give me list of a set meal below 2000 cal? diha jud ko naglisod pag gamay kay ako calory intake dako bisan good food cya because hungry jud ko always.. bisan mga 2-3 samples lng..huhuhuhuh

    ngano maka tabang mana ang water? cold or warm water?
