    P.S. I am not a fit person in fact i still have fats in my body, I'm still overweight but I'm doing good, I've lost 35 lbs in 6 months.

Monrose might not know this pero usa sya sa rason ngpagamay ko ngano? last November or was it December 2006 gainom mi ( mao to last nato kita until this month ) i told him "apil unta ko basket sa inyo bai pero dugay nako wala kaduwa." iyang tubag: "apil lang naa gani mas dako nimo muduwa!" hahaha. "mas dako nimo" huna-huna nako, ha? ana najud diay ko kadako? wahehe took it as constructive criticism.

    *eat small meals everyday (at least 6 times)
    *minimize your calorie intake... they said it all above... less oily, salty, sweets... eat more protein enriched food and those with complex carbs
    *exercise a lot... start slow then as your stamina grows, your exercise/s also progresses... listen to your body... but as always, mind over matters... work it out hard and stop lazying around

    as the experts says, exercise more, eat less. that should help you lose weight!
