Qualfon may not be the best there is pero its actually not the worst... based lang sa mga scenarios diri which is common kaayo sa tanang call centers. In a nutshell, no matter which company you land, how well your sups handles you or how high/low the compensation may be, human satisfaction is always a big factor. Employees come and go that's why if you feel nga you are not treated humanely then Q is a big word that means QUIT. Stop yapping and start packing...
