Qualfon may not be the best there is pero its actually not the worst... based lang sa mga scenarios diri which is common kaayo sa tanang call centers. In a nutshell, no matter which company you land, how well your sups handles you or how high/low the compensation may be, human satisfaction is always a big factor. Employees come and go that's why if you feel nga you are not treated humanely then Q is a big word that means QUIT. Stop yapping and start packing... 99% you'll get replaced anyway...

ummmmm,doesnt that defeat the reason of posting something here on the thread?if thats the way its gonna go here,then there shouldve been only one topic in this whole section,entitled "lets not say anything,juz quit",and im pretty much sure that would also defeat the purpose of the term "juz my 2 scents" in which you always safely emphasize.juz my "self-opinionated" opinion.

The whole purpose of the thread is to air opinion regardless of which side you are on, hoping another one will not make the same mistake. It does not favor you nor anyone else, if you think about it that way, if your argument is valid then you should've made those arguments at the proper place. Certainly not here... pero like I said, your approach to a so called "answer to my question" is biased and nothing relevant. I'm the one saying "just my 2 cents" if you have a problem with it, I'm not taking your freedom for saying it too. Geez... can I talk to someone more mature? or is this what you call a healthy conversation nowadays?

The company will not bow to your needs just because you work with them. You don't own the company and certainly you are nothing than a mere icing on a cake, ready to be thrown away or be licked for pleasure. If you want that perspective to happen then BUILD YOUR OWN COMPANY. That way, no one will dare contradict you.

Just a penny's worth and I know I can't buy you for it....
