and talking about halloween (2007), that was when the spurs were not the best team anymore when the big celtics (3) named as main cogs. and ur trying to tell me that they are the best team just because they are the depending champs? this is not blah blah session here for you to know.

Like i said..i dont care about that news sa ubang team. But, If you're the defending champs...you're still the team to beat.

i've heard about the 8th spot, but as the season goes when gasol trade materialized the lakers its not the 8th spot in every NBA fans came out of their mouth. definitely the title prediction and conference title the least.

Title/Conference prediction?? kinly post a link here where EXPERTS predict that Lakers can win those titles this season.. PLEASE lang.

of course it's good to see a holywood team in the finals. they deserve it in terms of expectation. (in real non-crap analysis which is contrary to whoever expert you claimed to analysed how the lakers will going this year).

then again, being as old as spurs among any other team isn't an excuse. its the fact. and it got them right in time. like it's been predicted to overwhelm them right from the very start.

hahaha this thread is hot... now going back to the finals match up...

lakers have 23 finals appearances since 1961..
the boston celtics beaten the lakers 7 times during their championship meetings...
but the lakers owned the celtics in their last two finals meetings in 1985 and 1987

but its not a guarantee that the lakers will own the celtics this time. they have to work for it.... from the Zen Master, Kobe and the rest of the lakers..

i think its gonna be lakers in 7 games...

i think sa PG jud ni magdaug... rondo is quick but can he outplay fisher who is also quick and is as deadly as can be when it comes to crunch time..

if ray allen can break away maglisud ang lakers he can shoot fast from the 3 pt line and is also deadly.. if he can get out of his slump sa post season... or its an issue of consistency for him..

kobe will always be kobe no one can stop him but someone can limit him

garnett the most consistent among the celtics big three.. what can lamar do? well he wont mind defending garnett.. he has long arms

pierce not so fast but can step it up a notch when he needs to..
gasol and perkins mas lapad si perkins kaysa kay duncan and can block shots better that duncan so he better be careful.. but gasol can do it..
