bro have you read your contract sa fluor before signing? its project based not the typical contractual status sa oban nga company, its just like working as a mason on a construction project after the project wala na pod kay work, in the 1st place imo discretion nga mo apply og perma sa contract which is project based.
wala company nga perfect, its a matter of satisfaction and preference, been working in different company na and diri rako na satisfy not because dako ila offer compare sa oban local companies but because naa sila sense of gratitude sa ila employee if mo excel. sa oban company? og di ka dool sa ilok di ka manimaho.
