I guess graduating from a recognized university and having the needed skills (plus points if naay flying colors) can easily get you an entry-level job in certain companies. Or should I say, these factors increase your chances of getting the job compared sa uban. I should be safe if that's the case.
^ Refute my point, I'm open to criticisms. Help me widen my view.
Depende man gud na boss. Naa pod uban companies nga dili humot ang USC, priority nila ang USJR... or Siliman University, etc...
Naa pod uban kay ilang naencounter previous employees from these schools hamobogero, they rather hire "affordable" universities like UV, UC, CTU basta maayo lang motrabaho.
My point of view on this... para sa freshgrads (with no previous experience), naay mga technical trainings (TESDA, etc.) kanang pang trabahante nga skills. Remember, ilang gusto nga e hire nga newbie kanang motrabaho... dili kanang fresh grad pero managerial ug batasan.
