    see,crap au.hahahahaha,tell your friend he/she might be famous,they keep using man gud a certain person as an example inside,naa daw agent nga ming uli in the middle of a break kay la kakaya sa calls!calls my f***ing ass,kasayon ra sa calls,scripted all the way,gilisod lisod lang dyud nila,puro pampahadlok gibuhat,imagine idiretso ka call inag ka 6th day juz after discussing theoritical lessons,no call listening,no barge-ins,not even complete software analysis and studies,no nothing,mosulong ka sa gubat way pusil walay bala daun buta.pero basin lain sad ni nga person mc,kay they say "nanalaw sa calls",not coz of how they handle the people.

    I respect your opinion but don't you think its a little self-opinionated remark? Are you from the HRD department? Do you have a management role that can provide a greater birds eye view of what is really going on in that department or the company as a whole? We actually talk more on how the company handled us and how it did not favored us. But if you look at it on a different angle, you're not the only one being served by the company, and worst comes to worst, you (individualy) do not favor at least 1% of it. Consider yourself a pawn ready to be pushed upfront and be eaten by the enemy. The company's main objective is not the welfare of its employees, I'd say its secondary... after the profit of course.

    I can prove you wrong on the part that most employees quit because of their supervisors. NO they don't quit because of their supervisors, they quit because of their ego and the self-satisfying fact that no one can tell them what to do nor work insanely for the company. Do you think the term "kapoy man graveyard" og "gamay ra sweldo" has anything to do with your supervisor? Think again...

    just my two cents... and i'm worth less than that...

    ummmm,i dont think i have mentioned anything about agents quitting coz of their supervisor.what i understood from what i had posted,it means,THE REASON why agents quit IF its about the supervisor,not agrents quit BECAUSE of the supervisor.there would be many reasons why an agent would quit,and coz of the supervisor is one of them,and so is coz of the HRD,also one of the reasons.it would be unethical of me to say it WOULD be coz of those two that agents would quit from a center.only an idiot would say "gamay ra sweldo" is coz of the supervisor,whered you get that??and my complain about qualfon has never been about the supervisor,its about the company itself and how they handle the people."The company's main objective is not the welfare of its employees, I'd say its secondary... after the profit of course.",thats the point,all companies do that,but not all companies do that in an "in your face" manner.and yes,i was an HR staff for 6 months in a certain company,though i handled the job pretty well thinking bout the fact on how agents feel bout f**ked up HR people,so why would i act like one.though on that time,my position didnt require me to talk with any agents,all i did was paperwork.of course we would talk about how the company handled us,what else is there to talk about?ill take convergys for example,i was with sprint,adn everyone knows that sprint is the most messed up account an agent can ever handle,but did i leave any bad comments about CVG?no!i even regret i stopped working there.why??coz the company handled me pretty well,they paid whats due,and gave even more.so why would i complain?noted,they have TL's that are sh**y,my own tl was a pain in the ass.but no,i didnt complain.thats coz "the company handled me very well".now,lets talk about why would i leave negative comments about a certain company...hmmmm,i wonder why?oh yeah,COZ THEY SUCK!!!and the reasons have been stated in detail,my past posts couldnt have been any more detailed than it is.and oh,thanks for the reply,it was educational.
