    Get your chit together and stick to your decision! Easiest and cheapest way is to diet. Lower the amount of food you eat, if not do intermittent fasting. If you feel hungry, drink water. Suck up your gut because it will tax you so bad. Reading you do not want to go to the gym, I won't suggest whole body exercises/cardio anymore. Do 45-60 min walking a day, if you have the courage jog/run. That is the only way to loose your fat without sugar coating anything. Fat burners, diet pills will only assist you, useless if you do not cut your foo intake.

    Try Hardwork and Good Nutrition.. Everyone keeps looking for a shortcut infact there is none. Unless you are losing water weight. Lose FAT not WATER.

    1 month ago I was so alarmed sa ako weight kay 70.2kgs nako,
    abruptly I stopped eating rice totally,
    eliminated desserts,
    hot tea before sleep.
    Without any exercise, I now lost 5kgs, current weight is 65.1kgs
    My target is to maintain 63kgs. Gamay nalang.

    4. eat moderately.. u can eat like eat in between snacks but enough to satisfy ur hunger lng hehe
    5. exercise pud. dn u can use binder on ur waist
