@mckoy
ok,lets say nga mao na ila buhaton,ikaw,mosugot ka dli ka sweldohan for 1 and a half months?unya ang imong workload is like a regular agent na
ang training raba diri is 5 days theoritical discussion daun inag ka 6th day ilabay nka sa gubat.6 days ang work and 1 day off ra,night time ang sched.and for the next 2 weeks,call na daun tanan.daun deliveration after 2 weeks.and then after a month and a half before sweldohan??juz imagine,training allowance ra baya na,why include it sa payroll?diba if ang sweldo i include sa payroll daun isagul sa 1 month basic pay,ma deduct-kan na na og tax
so 1 month basic payroll plus ang training allowance nga 5.5k,dako na kaau na deduction.and supposed to be wala deduction ang allowance coz of what it is,an allowance,not a basic pay.since when and what call center have you heard nga ang training allowance is isagul sa payroll for basic pay.except sa call centers nga bisan training is ang i sweldo na ninu is the basic pay,like teletech,except sa comm skill training which is paid as training allowance,other than that,basic pay na daun.
