Hi... a good friend recommended this thread... for years I've been wanting to learn film photography and it's just lately that somebody gave me quite a hard shove in this direction... so I got myself a holga 120gn..
Sa akong research naa ra jud koi ma orderan og 120mm films ang problema, asa ko pwede pa develop/scan?
Thanks daan! Hope to learn more here..
Ahhh.. Good old days nga walay photo editing, where every shot counts..
Hi mam. Naay mo develop and print dinha sa Colon, Seven arts photo duol sa Santo Nino and also most Mitsubishi Labs I have been to who can develop film. Bisan kana sa Mandaue na Mitsubishi and sa Lapu-lapu mercado. I just don't know their current prices since wala nako ka shoot ug film since last year.
I usually just have them Develop Only (also known as DO) so it won't be that expensive since you can chose which ones to print. If DO lang, it is usually around 75 pesos. Per print, you can get it cheaper if mo suki ka ug lab since they would give you a photographer's discount. Oh yeah, you can also have them scan those films to USB or disk as well, for a minimal fee of course.
Also check out Filmography Sugbu on Facebook, mga film enthusiasts na members diha and will help you out anyway they can and quite a number are also active Istoryans.
I almost forgot, welcome to film It is a rewarding, frustrating, addictive, expensive, and fulfilling hobby to shoot film.
