    So I'll take my chances.
Dont be so sure.. But that's a good attitude to stay positive / optimistic. Just don't put all your bet on one card.. Practice caution as they would say.
Kinsa man lage dli ganahan ug peace... We'll just see. But i doubt bbl is the answer since it only addresses one rebel to state the obvious naay daghang separatists.

Bro with regards aa milf/biff/kagwang they are rebels that breaks the Philippines law in every turn.. Just for the sake of ur point wala na nako tubayi, stay with the same subject which is the "armed" rebel. In the sense nga rebel sila, most of the time esp their act of defiance breaks those damn laws.. Deal with it since they are armed rebels not hippie rebels.

That's 21 years of insurgency for you. The Communist Insurgency War came to an end on 2 December 1989 when the MCP signed a PEACE accord with the Malaysian government at Hatyai in southern Thailand.

So to answer your question: YES naay armed groups SAUNA pero wala naron tungod sa PEACE AGREEMENT. Why invent a new wheel? Sadly, SAF 44 was a COLLATERAL damage. Sh+t happens. Wrong place wrong time.
Wow ha grave nimu panalipud sa imo amo. Those SAF 44 were just following orders and implementing the law and yet they were massacred. Nakakita jud siguro ka sa youtube atong gitiwasan nila. Was that a legitimate encounter? I can feel for them because my late dad was a police officer too. They risked their lives so we could sleep well at night unya giadto ra sila pag tartar sa imo amo? Wa gani siya kasugat pag abot ila patayng lawas, pero karon ang pag surrender kuno sa MILF sa ila unusable firearms, tua siya. What kind of priority is that?

Kinsa diay akong amo? Sige lagi ka pamugos nako ana. Akong allegiance naa man sa akong nasod. I will weigh everything taking into account the compromises, reasonable capability, economic growth, security, and the politicians involved. There are good news and bad news pero pasensya I can't hate our government up to this point.

Ug sa tawo pa once makasala siya kalimtan tanan iyang mga maayong binuhatan.

Now speaking of economic growth, where's the proof? The problematic MRT that used to run on 23 trains on GMA's term now we only have 8 trains, plus most escalators that aren't working anymore on MRT stations? How about our NAIA? Is it out of the list of world's worst airport? Kadako sa ila gi budget to rehabilitate 1B kapin pero kisame motulo gihapon? Mao ra nay mga problema nga obvious kaau wa pa naapil ang di pa klaro. So what economic growth are they talking about?
