I was with Qualfon way back 2006 when they started. that was the time when salaries are delayed for two weeks or half lang sa dn by next week you will be given the other half. maglinya mo to get the brown envelope with your salary. The company I think is better now cos they are expanding but salary wise is not ok. many will just start the call center career dha then when they feel that they are gaining the confidence, they will transfer to a better call center. less lang sad jud ang pressure but scripted tanan. i can nver figure out my self saying the same line for 4 years everyday just like my 3 batchmates who are still with the company. Imagine they were only promoted last November...

i wonder unsa naning qualfon ron... ni resign ko diri bisag gi monitor ko sa miami ug 7 times in my 5 month stay, all 100% perfect scores,i still stayed as an agent. i dont know if they changed ilang style sa pag screen para supervisory position... kaila kaila raman toh sauna. ug daghan ka kaila supervisor aw dali ra kaayo ka ma promote. naa gani toh sauna supervisor pangutanon nimu, ibilin man hinuon ka, mao ni iya favorite line if naa kay question nya you ask him " I place on hold lang usa na, ill get back to you!!! " ikaw mag lagot ka mag huna huna ... mao nay pangutana nganu na supervisor ni nga hollow ang utok... ambot ug naa pa ba kaha tong supervisor. Guapa unta murag "Beauty without brains"

agree jud ko nimo part.. taas jud keu kug expectation kung sup naka, ryt?.. maayo paman ang mga agents didto kysa sa mga sup.. no offense meant guys, dili tanan sups but most of them mga jugoon man ui.. kung mag ask ang agent ug tabang sa sup ingnon lang ka adto lang pag ask sa floor walker.. bangas ka! nanu i-sup paman na sila ui na ala mai gamit.. ga ayo lang pa choi2x ug chai2x..

PUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURYA BUYAG NYAWA GIBATI NING TRAHUAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!honest to goodness peksman og sa pahulayng dayon,the worst pinakamot dyud sa tanang centers ako naadtoan.ive been to sh**ty centers and all,kani na dyud sister.3 weeks,supposed to be 17 days training,but they say all in all,21 days or some sh*t daw ang training,and the training is at night time without night diff,5.5k ra tanan,now muingon nga ang training nga sweldo is idungan ra sa normal nga agents which will be at the 25th next month kay gibutang daw sa payroll!WHAT THE FAAAAAAAAAAAAAK!!!!!!!!!if ibutang sa payroll,why the hell do we recieve 5.5k and not the normal salary,since 5.5k is juz like a training allowance and not a normal salary.magdayok mi until the 25th of next month!!!!!!

hahaha.. agree na pud ko.. worst ever jud bitaw.. ako, 2mos. na ko ga work didto.. mopai pag receive na ko sa ako salary na wala gani tawn kaabot ug 12K! sy**! ala jud laro computation ang payslip.. dot-dots ra imo makita.. haha.. taya.. in fact, sa amo team, 23 mi kabuok but now 6 nalang.. awol na cla.. kami mosunod pud mi after 25 nag wait nalang mi amo sweldo.. faet!
