Is it possible dili lang sah ta sa Kalye 80's mag EB for the time being? Since hapit na jud ang event, wala pa kaayo ta na hapsay. The place is not conducive for holding a meeting due to the loud speakers in the background. And people tend to focus more on drinking and are distracted in playing pool instead of listening in. Saba jud kaayo ang place which, dili man ta ka request pud nga pahinayan ang music since we don't own the place. We need a venue nga naa white board unta. Secondly, since August 14 is fast approaching, may ta maka set up ta ug committee for Food, and a separate committee for Decor and another separate committee for the Sponsorship chores and a committee for the Models.

Kani akong suggestion kay pareha ra sa gihimo sa FACC wherein, naa mga committee in charge for each department. I noticed, mas naa sila agi and mas maka accomplish ug task dayon kay each committee leader gets to report directly to the president at any time and set na ang inug present inig meeting per leader to the president.

Possible venue, balik lang sah ta sa shell or petron para wala kaayo'y distraction. (someone suggested this to me)

Pwede man mag start gani inom, AFTER na jud ma adjourn ang meeting nga naa na'y nasabutan tanan and each committee naa na na present sa club.

I'm sure this way, mas smooth ang pag tun sa beer kay mana man tanan areas na cover.

@ nandix: i was able to gather a good number of possible suggestions, ideas and daghan ma contribute na tabang basta i-divide nato ang club per committee. ^_^

just my 5 cents (inflation na man, wala na'y mapalit sa 2 cents, Jk he he he he)

+100 for this. Thank you for opening this up. Focus is what we need. For sure, Sir Nandix is getting the goose bumps now, but as accommodating as he is, adjusted himself sa situation. If ever wala ta alternative place, if possible unya na lang e serve ang drinks after the meeting proper this coming saturday July 31, i think everyone needs to cooperate and understand.
As for the committee, if ever ma delegate and ma set up na then they have to work double time to set a separate meeting of their own, agree with their own time & place when and where to discuss call their own shots and decide for themselves and relay to Sir Nandix.
The pressure is all on us and time is what we don't have. Everyone's cooperation is badly needed.

Anyways, its just about a 2 or 3 meetings (15 days to be exact) to go, then let the good times roll.
