currently ang per square meter sa residential house is 16k/sqm mao dyud na finished na dyud na if structure lang around 9k/sqm but kung ganahan dyud mo motukod i suggest ayaw dyud inot2ta kay for me inyo gud na nga house so diha mo mamoya ur whole life with your family so lig on dyud ug nindot sad kay maka appreciate ra dyud mo inig kahuman

Nice ni na topic dah. Ako ganahan ko mag sugod ug apartment pero dili all in one go, one apartment at a time lng sa. Problema nako is wala ko kblo asa mag start, kinsa ang i-hire and etc. Gamay raman budget nako since tinigom ra so any idea unsay need to start working sa apartment?

Naa unta mka update sd nato dri pila na mga materials rn.

Need Help,

We are re.doing our floors and placing tiles on it. So far I was not satisfied with the work (grouting) done so I volunteered to do the grouting myself. My question is since we are using 18 x 18 tiles and have a 3/16 inch grout line mangutana ta ko ninyo diri sa forum og asa ta makakita/makapalit og "sanded grout" (the Youtube videos I have viewed and answers to the FAQ suggest sanded grout).
