    ako 5mbps akong speed prmi.. pag april ko ni upgrade to dsl 1299.. imo pila imong speed?

    Down and PLDT Fibr diri sa Cordova (Bry. Ibabao) Since Sept 13
    Ako mga silangan wala pud internet..naa pud internet cafe (different fibr box) wala pud cla internet
    LOS Problem (Blinking Red)

    mao ba geh naa nasab ning pldt ay di mo upgrade kung di tawagan same sauna tawagan pa para ma upgrade ang imo speed palpaka aning pldt. 3mbps pa tawn haha...

    Update: Didto ko ganina sa PLDT Lapu-lapu.
    500 subscribers "daw" ang affected ani ang problem sa whole Cordova. Wire Drag problem..
    Gipangita pa nila asa specific nga wire ang problemado.
    Sos, kung d mangisog didto wala jud kay daw2x.
    Kung kamo mo-adto didto nya mo-ingon ang Customer Service nga "email lang nato sir" or "e-escalate ni nako sir" ayaw jud
    sugot.. ingna nga "dili ko anang email2x kay dugay kaayo..kapila nako cge balik2x diri..pangutan-a inyong mga technician dha
    sa luyo! nganong mag-email2x pajud!" (with strong feelings jud ug kalagot ug kusoga inyo tingog)

    Update: Internet ang dial tone back to normal around 2-3pm Sept 19th (grabe hapit 1 week ga antos)

    ang ako gi expect ani ky 3mbps ra akong speed ky mao mn naa sa ilang website.. pero since ni upgrade ko sa akong plan ky wa mn ni ubos akong speed... lapas na 3 months. hahaha

    Same experience sa Tisa. Walay internet for 2 weeks and 1 day kay ang cs sa manila sige lang ingun ug for dispatch.
    One week nilabay walay technician ni adto sa balay sa ako parents. Sunod ingun napud nga under troubleshooting
    daw. Mao to, I suggested na adtoon ang PLDT Jones para ireklamo unya ipa cut transfer to Globe arun ma ukay sila
    gamay. It took them less than 24hrs to fix the damn thing but they hadn't done their job for 2 whole weeks. We're a 10
    years subscriber already and I think we deserve some respect from these azzholes.
