we DONT need DDS sa Cebu bcoz naa me kumpyansa sa mga kapulisan dri. ang mga tao dri naay "voice" dili hadluk sa kamay na bakal sa leader... and we do follow rights of a person especially for proper investigation or judicial process sa taong naka sala....

AND, abi kaha nila ang Davao ray nature lover, naa man sab na sa Cebu, an ISLAND like Cebu walay nature spots? it shows wala jud sila ka anhe ug Cebu. when it comes to buildings, infrastructure sus layuaaaa sa biya oi. when it comes to cleanliness, well, i wont stay here if ingun ana ka hugaw ug ka baho ang lugar, why mag antus man sa Cebu na daghan pa man untay places, makes sense? security? well, sa ka daghan investors, foreigners, exchange students dri - no NEED to elaborate.
