hayz,10.7k ang basic...sagdi lang,as they say,"beggars cant be choosers".ill give this company like a month or so,after that,adios.to those who are planning to apply,the basic pay is 10.7k,with a bonus of 500php or was that 600php for performance (im sorry,if im not sure on the bonus,my mind went blank when the 10k basic was mentioned),and 200 or something like that para meal allowance.so all in all,if you live in a perfect world,mo net ka og 12.2 or .3 a month.but since the world isnt perfect,minus-an pa na sya with all the tax,the sss,philhealth and the other chechebureche,which would total in the minus of 700php something (yes,they made an exact figure on how much they would take out from your salary per month due to the benefits).plus,you wont be recieving the bonus if you will incure an absence or late (im not sure though how many lates you need to have in order to have one absent,as i said,i wasnt listening since my mind went blank when the 10k basic was mentioned),so that means you have to be perfect in a very imperfect world.they say that magkadako ang sweldo if youll move up sa tier,but my friends inside say that its still pretty much the same,mas longer pa nuon ang working hours sa higher tier.and guys,ang kana sya,if you are already probationary,ang sweldo sa trainees is 5.5k.so to those who are already inside monitoring,thank you for making newbies curious and trapping them...good job,and to the newbies who are curious...good luck.thats juz my 100 cents...or 1 peso.

hahahaha,you do have a point,and i respect that,thats your opinion.but as i specifically said,"beggars cant be choosers",if magpahuway ko,wala ko sweldo and kwarta,so thats why im taking my chance with Qualfon right now for the time being since i have no other choice...yet.thats why i also said id give it a month or two.hahayz,kakapoy dyud aning magsuporta ta og bisyo,hehehehe.
