effective manjud ang exercise TS. and it has to be a lifestyle gyud. Currently Im at 200lbs, my lowest weight ever was back in college na 120 ko kay kada lunchbreak muadto kos gym. and I had abdominal muscles pud ana na tym... all because I had the time.
I gained weight atong nag call center sugod may 2006. I gained 160lbs.
2010 when I had so many problems (love problems) and started eating away my depression and gained into a whopping 230lbs.
flew to cebu at 2011 lost weight into 200lbs kay wa nay inahan na muatiman. Irregular meals ko ato.
Started joing funruns at 2012 and lost pounds until nakaabot kog 160lbs at my lowest. Gadagan kog 4-10 kilometers every other day. and joined funruns na tag 21k everymonth. still a callcenter agent.
stopped joining funruns at august 2013. Kay akong running buddy (akong BF) nag stop manpud kay injured.
now Im 200lbs as mentioned earlier, I ate everything I wanna eat kay ingana najud akong appetite atung runner pako, plus makabuang ang change sa shifts and cgeg adjust, plus wa nay time sa exercise kay ga-household chores and gikabisihan ang mahurot ang time sa commute. from I.T park to talisay every morning 7am out, makauli kog 9am. then cook lunch. laba, limpyo talagsa. Then wake up at 3-4pm cook dinner, eat, shower, dress up 7pm ko adto work.
Pero kung naa koy libre nga oras, I run or do random exercises, even swim to our nearby resort just to keep my heart pumpin'!
BTW. I suffer from PCOS which means dali rako mag gain ug weight.... also wala pako'y anak ana ha?
I know I can lose weight man pud. Sa karon magbinaboy sakog lifestyle, hahaha!

wala mi ga rice, talagsa ra kay mais amung kan-on ron. And home cooked meals na sya. Sa karon adjust pako sakong oras. pero once gani tyagaan kog shift na 4am-5am-or 6am ako shift, makadagan ko ana pauli. atung 6am akong log out, I run from I.T to capitol (km 0) or mulapas pako ana, then ride a 17d or of naa ko citilink, sakay nako 42d ana. About 3km more or less na sya nga 30-40 mins na jog-walk

medyu strick sa intake sa first 17 days kay mura man ka ga clease sa imong lawas.
Dayun nag exercise sad ko T25 Focus, shorter na version sa insanity.
Stick lang gyud ko sa diet ug excercise.
