Interval yoga and watch what you eat including the calories.
Just control lang jud sa imong mga gi intake. Ayaw palabig rice. Brown rice ug ma'is ang mas better if on diet ka, but ayaw sad kaayo palabi, just control lang jud nya if naa kay sports like basketball,mas nindut kung sige kag duwa, kay not just to burn your fats but also to improve your skills and also jogging.

weight -------- 160.9 lbs
fats ----------- 28.7% !!
viceral fats --- 14 !!
water --------- 52%
a result of my eat-work-sleep lifestyle
My new target for this year :My current stats:
weight --------- 139.4 lbs
fats ------------ 20.4% fat
viceral fats ---- 10
muscle mass -- 104
water ---------- 58.3%
► Fats ------------- to 19%
► Viceral Fats ----- to 9
► Bone Mass ------ to 6 lbs
► Muscle Mass ---- to 110
► Body Water ----- to more than 60%
Akong gameplan, ako na gi-reduce as compared to last year.
Last year man gud, jogging is everyday after work/before dinner.
Nya twice ko mag-herbalife shake.
Naning pa kaayo ko last year oi
So akong gameplan this year is:
- Shake once a day
- Jog twice a week lang
- Cycle once a week
Hopefully i'll be able to achieve my targets with this.
