wa gihapon nahibaw.an unsai ngan sa nurse
I am interested to suggest that a drastic action against whoever was responsible for the act should be implemented but I'll lieave that for the authorities to make.I'm sure there will be proper investiaation so that same mistake won't be repeated. My advise is, if they can't stand babies' noise then they should work somewhere else
dont be so emotional and try to focus on the situation rather than acting like knows it all, i am here to share sa ako perception og dili para i convey and ako perception. Abe man lahi ako ideas sa kadaghanan, mangutana dayon if ako ba ang "NURSE" whaha..that's a serious accusation, haha...
if gamay ra iyang butang basin dili enough to hold the pacifier in place, daghan hospital ni adopt anang formula fed Ma'am bsan bawal, would you rather starve the baby bahala nag gamay gatas ang inahan basta breastfeeding lang jud, ana rana ka simple Ma'am. If you are a mother or a parent perhaps you will understand this things.
Ako lang i quote ang mga tubag sa mga pangutana based sa news article.
Possible nga gigamit ang tape para pag hold sa pacifier based sa statement below
"...Facebook post of the child’s father, Ryan Noval, who called the experience “Nightmare @ Maternity Hospital”. He posted four close-up photos of the infant with his upper mouth taped. In one photo, a blue pacifier can be seen near the crown of the baby’s head."
"The tape was placed to hold a pacifier in place. The pacifier got dislodged, but a nurse’s explanation that the baby was constantly crying as well as the sight of the infant’s sealed mouth.."
Basin wala nya na tarong sa nurse ug explain sa parents nganong naay tape in the first place. He could have said nga noisy ang bata mao nga nagbutang syag pacifier para mohilom ang bata with the help of a tape to hold it kay dili nila maatiman or ma check ang bata all the time. Although as a parent like me, sakit ayo tan-awon if ingon ana nako nga maabtan ang akong anak nga gibutangan ug tape ang baba. Mo question gyud ko kung its an SOP ba nga ingon ana kay dili man ko nurse.
“No, there is no such thing as gagging. There is no protocol for that,” Dr. Raida Varona, medical director of the Cebu Puericulture Center and Maternity House Inc. told reporters yesterday."
“We are conducting a deeper investigation of the incident. I cannot give you the timeline but we want to finish it as soon as possible. It’s hard making comments,” she said. She declined to identify the nurse or other hospital staff involved.
