The transaction will be cancelled and could be Paypal will charge you for that. Try checking the available funds if $10 pa lang gihapon.

No. For every Paypal account, you have $10. Try transferring the $10 to your debit/credit card account. You will end up receiving only $5 or even lesser.

$3.90 nalang akong account. my paypal is tied to my Unionbank EON account. ahak. i just read all this stuff now and the processing fee alone is $5.00!

Paypal must have charged you for Return Fee because your withdrawal request is incomplete or incorrect.

There are still other fees to be considered aside from the withdrawal fee of $5 (for completed transfer).

Good news to all e-sellers!

As an update, we can now withdraw cash sent thru Paypal. There are PH users who were able to get na their cash though it takes days, 15days max for Unionbank to process the funds.

For now aside from your Visa credit card, UBP EON Visa Electron is the only debit card accepted in Paypal. Transfer fee of $5 for every withdrawal with daily limit of $500.
