mga nbi nakong kaila mag download palang daan sa torrents, asta pulis sa negros sigurado ko pirated tong salida ilang gipang tanaw sa ilang mga laptop. Let's just wait and see how this goes.

imho this law is more focused sa kanang mga cybercrimes like cyber bullying, libel, swindling/scamming (probably apil nang mga text messages nga naay "you won 1 million pesos, send load to receive it" kind of scams), apil pud nang naga host ug illegal torrent sites etc. but i doubt the philippine government has the capability (or even the manpower) to hunt down each individual torrent downloader.Last edited by yokam888; 09-28-2012 at 10:35 PM.
