naa ra gyud na nimo if you want to or if you dont want to... decide and set a goal (realistic one for yourselfeither work or personal goal but not about love) for yourself and focus on it and when that goal is acheived you already moved on withou you noticing it... its like any vice its hard to move on if you dont want to...
ang naka lisod kanang imo na siyang gi dawat.. as a person kanang wa nakai gusto usbon niya.. pero lain pud diay to iyang gi huna huna.. tsk tsk tsk i hope dali rani ako-a kananglan basin ko mag anesthesia ani.

para kung naa na ka bag-ong uyab, wala nay mga lingering feelings para sa XYZ. so wala nay mga jealous2x or whatever...
it depends upon your capacity of finding the replacement,
on the other hand if you are a true to yourself person, sad to say if you do love the one
who departs, then he/she would stay within your thoughts forever, you should have the skills in handling
the longings and the feelings of loosing something so precious.
