most husky are locally breed. in short, they already adopted the climate we have here in the philippines. all dogs needs a good ventilation not only siberians. you can put them outside your house provided they are not directly under the sunlight. a good shaded place is enough for them. just make sure they have plenty of water available always. and most of all, plenty of exercise as much as possible for such breed like siberian husky.
