Iloilo River

This is Iloilo River, the local media called it back then as "the largest CR in Iloilo" since it was already dying and pollution was getting worse. But because of public and private initiative and cooperation, this river estuary in the middle of a highly-urbanised area, turned from almost a dead river into a river of the living.
