Hey, pnoize2k4, did you put a filter? or naa ka gi adjust sa white balance? can you teach me how to make the sky look blue (using a non-SLR digicam) without applying a filter...

@arnoldsa: i used a polarizer filter on my dSLR. my white balance was manually set for outdoors. the only way i know to get this effect on a point and shoot is to shoot on a nice sunny day then probably adjust the colors on post production.

That's precisely what i read in a mag. That picture is nicest amongst all I see here. Where & how much did you buy your polarizer? What lens diameter ?

i bought the polarizer in manila a year ago, i don't remember how much i bought it since i bought that along with some other accessories. i don't think the lens diameter would matter.

Ah yup polarizer filter.... but the thing is that I've retired my 35mm SLR.... still saving for the latest dSLR around...
