    I've been to molobolo spring!

My mom is from Tuburan, and my grandfather was mayor of Tuburan.

Do you guys happen to know of former Mayor Monticello or "Mommy Oping?" I believe my grandfather has a statue of some sort in Tuburan. I think his name was actually "Jesus" or something... My grandma served on the city council or something...

It's kind of funny. I asked my Mom what party my grandfather would be most likely to be a part of if he were in America. She said the Republicans.

I'm very liberal, and a hardcore Democrat. My Filipino family (in the Philippines) strikes me as a little aristocratic....then again I know very little about them.

Does anyone know anything about my grandfather? You can be blunt and honest if you didn't like his politics. I'm just interested in hearing. After all, my mom is the oddball liberal in her generally conservative family.

And once again, I CANT SPEAK FILIPINO OR CEBUANO! English only. I live in America and I'm only half filipino....my parents speak english to each other.
