The most common mistake we make if we have oily/ acne-prone skin is we use soaps that have very harsh ingredients to get rid of the dirt and germs daw... this is wrong since if the soap is too harsh for our skin, it makes it really really dry and therefore, our oil glands tend to produce MORE oil to compensate the dryness. That's why we break out even more.
I used to be very acne-prone... especially on my forehead but eversince I used Neutrogena's Extra Gentle Cleaners, and Alcohol-free toner afterwards, my pimples seem to vanish. But if ever I break out with a pimple or two, I just dab a little of Clearasil Overnight Defense Gel on it. Mawa ra gyud ang pimple the next day...
and yeah, I agree... exfoliate once a week. I just use Apricot's Scrub.

naa ko clasmate nibreak out lang siya ug kalit then nag.use siya ug proactive.. after 2 weeks dako kaayo ug diference. ninindot jud ug maayo iyang skin..
ingon akng medical lecturer.. ang treatment daw kay tetracycline.. or if hormonal ang cause kay hormonal drugs

giingnan ko sa akong medtech na teacher about ana.. ingon siya the blood kuno carries man ur nutrients and wastes diba so if makuhaan and volume sa blood ur body would have to produce more blood which is purer.. so malesen imong pimples kay one cause of having them ky wastes building up underneath the skin..
proactive kuno ang the best unya ingon ang doctor tetracycline sad daw.
