there is a rumor that Smartmatic, yes the company which handled the automated election system will be the next IT provider for NBI Clearance processing. but so far, just a rumor.

Here is an Official Memo from NBI, I do not have express permission from NBI to post it here so I edited out the name of the District Office.

Buot pasabot nga kato nag apply after 30th june 2011 na giingnan makuha ang clearance in 2 weeks time -dli diay tinuod kay isuance mag depende man nig balik sa automated/computerised thingy... ug certification ihatag, why w8 for 2 weeks? *confusing!

according to a rumor, NBI wants a better IT provider kuno.

rumor has it that they have plans to upgrade the system to include inkless na ang pag kuha sa fingerprint.i've heard of the plan months ago na dili na i-renew ang contract with the service provider to pave the way for nbi's own computerization of the clearances.as to how long......we'll have to wait

pasabot lang ni unsa ka bogo mga tao naa diha. If tinood man gali nga naa sila plan to upgrade, dapat gisugdan na nila pag upgrade para once mo expire ang contract sa usa, naa dayon ang new system. Pagka toytoy! Lisura jud aning government nato oi, pertig paka bright nalang jud kaayo.

OT: how about ang kadtong storya2x nga ang LTO mag manual, nadayon to? mag renew na baya ko next month sa car registration da!
