Admit you are fat, getting fat and not in shape. Don't deny.
Don't be on a diet, diets never work they're temporary, have a change in dietary lifestyle. Minimize eating fat and lessen drinking alcohol. I used the words MINIMIZE AND LESSEN if you didn't realize, just pointing out.
Walk if it's possible, from home to school and back, from home to carenderia and back, take the stairs.
Drink water, lots of 'em.
Don't expect to lose weight abruptly coz you didn't gain weight in a day, it took time, it will take time to lose it also and it's never healthy to lose weight abruptly anyway.
Quit smoking.
Learn to read the nutrional facts in labels of what you eat. Avoid those that are high in saturated fats, sodium.
Dont take fat burners or magic pills, it's not natural, might damage your liver or kidneys. You don't want to lose weight that way.
Veggies are really good and could be yummy.
Drink water again.
Don't order extra rice and don't go to eat-all-you-can restos
Exercise, 30 minutes a day is already a lot of time believe me.
Did I say drink water?
P.S. I am not a fit person in fact i still have fats in my body, I'm still overweight but I'm doing good, I've lost 35 lbs in 6 months.
go biking! especially sa mga big ug tummy, im sure mawala jud na inyo bilbil/tambok hehehe...
