before I sign off..

To the Sinulog foundation, there is an urgent call for:
- provide a descent and sufficient space for the Photographers.. you have more than 2,000 registrants and, together with the fees per excess photo, that's roughly about more than 4 million income..
- abolish the ladders, but provide bleachers for the photographers.. if you register 3,000 photographers, there should be enough space for 3,000 photographers.. if you need to increase the fees to cover reasonable expenses, you may do so.
- control the photographers (including the crowd!), but please provide proper space for them in the streets.. you don't need to physically manhandle the erring photographers.. just take get their id numbers and disqualify.. but again please provide proper space for them.. do your homework, study similar provisions of photo contests held in other countries..
- strengthen the rules and guidelines.. tell us if multiple ids are allowed, but do tell us if it's not.. tell us the amount of art that can be applied to our photos..
- make sure your judges have seen the entire sinulog celebration before they can qualify to judge....so they will have a better understanding of the event..
LASTLY, "give us respect, and we will give you one.."

Seems you knew a lot about the people, the winners (previous and recent), if you are not one of the winner, how come you didnt win? Seems you have a lot of sinulog knowledge. Since you've said that other photogs did not win because of lack of sinulog experience.

Hey bro, dont think he is saying he knows how to win the Sinulog competition, as a matter of fact he said he's joined the photo contest 5 years in a row and hasn't won yet, but he hasn't complained once about losing.... When he said the lack of experience caused them to lose.... He was talkin about the Photography Team from Manila he hosted, not the contestants in general
