I have to confim that on the scale model tomorrow. Though it will have the same level at 27 floors with tower 3 and both will have loft-type units it will be taller than your average 27-story bldg. Anyway, heres a b&w rendering of the project.

Tower 3 is beside Club Ultima Tower 2 which can be found at the back of the Crown Regency Hotel Fuente Tower 1.

oh BTW, another Ultima Residences residential condo will be constructed just beside Sacred Heart School for boys along Mango Ave. its a mixed-use entry level condo. It will be very affordable like the Ramos Tower.
