Ive been having issues with my dsl keeps on disconnecting intermittently. Pldt already sent two technicians still my issue is unresolved. The last technician said that perhaps my router is at fault. I’ve checked and its the modem that keeps on getting disconnected not the router. My line is good they say since my snr are good. Any thoughts?
This is a conventional copper line cuz they're talking about snr. Maybe wala ni nila na gets jud ang problem, most of the time troubleshooting with tel lines requires trial and error. If they are sure that the lines are fine, they should have changed the port. Try to talk to your tech about this matter. Report na pud ka balik.
