There's a good chance the graft and corruption charges could be elevated to PLUNDER after the COA report is included in the investigation.

It was only the Mandaue officials who were actively working with the suppliers of the infamous lampposts. And their POWE which they pushed to the other LGU's was exactly the same, to last centavo, as what their suppliers gave the Mandaue officials.

These same suppliers also supplied the overpriced lampposts in the Mandaue City Plaza in 2004. The precursor of the Asean Lampposts.

If Jonas "buys" mediamen, then there would not be much difference between him and the present Mandaue opposition. I agree that media tends to be biased in favor of Carlo, et al...

If we don't like what the Mandaue opposition is doing then we should not encourage Jonas to follow what they are doing!

There should be, as there is, a diffrence between what Jonas is doing in Mandaue as compared to what the minions of Opao are doing.

It is up to us to inform and enlighten the Mandauehanons of these differences.
