    It's been 16 days since wala na dial tone ako phone. Is PLDT ever going to fix this? I already paid my dues ato Jan. 29, 2016.

    Is PLDT in the business of just taking people's money and NOT providing service?

    Are they having problems sa ilang system that they just don't want anyone to know or make public? Basin na mga PLDT insider maka shed light ani?

    Samoka na kaayo ning mag sige follow-up over phone, over e-mail and through one of their branches every single day and then sag-paon ra ta anang claim na pwede daw ma refund/rebate para sa days na wala service.

    Unya para maka rebate/refund kami pa diay mo apply kay dili daw na automatic ma detect sa ila system....Say WHUT? O_o

    Murag guba na among Prolink wifi modem. Dili mu-ON ang WLAN LED. What's weird is mu-ON ang Power, WPS, DSL, Internet LEDs bisan gidisconnect na nako ang dsl line. Tried using the reset button once and solved it for a few days pero nibalik ang problem and dili na maulian pagreset nako balik..

    So plan nko palit lain sa istorya.

    RE: No dial tone. Same here. my 16mbit connection has also been throttled to 3mbit. Grabe na nakong pamalikas sa social media para pakauwawan sila.
