Hello sir, affiliated ka with PLDT or naa kay kaila from PLDT? Kay naa man gud oras nga mu kalit lang jud ug hinay ang internet. Since monday pa ni siya. Unsay cause ani?

Yes before Sir, currently naa gihapon gamay connection.. just want to help.., naa man sad ko idea sa outside plant and how the operation works.

- Sa imo query about mokalit og hinay ang net connection, murag mag lisud ko tubag, not unless nag actual ko testing diha. Bitaw, please reprt nalang or dial 172. Anyway asa dapita imong location?

aw so abi jud nako nga dghan tao nag experience ani ron pero murag sa amo ra jud diay da. tsk
yep nag email na ko, gi replyan nako, mag remote testing daw or something for 24 to 48 hours, unsa man na? Di kaayo ko familiar sa mga terms gud hehe.

Mao ni downside sa tanang providers.. naa jud mga problemado na areas, resolution is to migrate the existing xconnect to curbside, or transfer to fiber line. It can be resolved temp kung naay mga preventive maintenance/rehab activities, changing the faulty pri/sec cables, fixing the tel xconnect cabinet. Some did rehab sa mga faulty portion of the cable - re-splice/re-jumper those portion.
