    Anyways, maturely speaking... dili jud na para atoa nga career. I do not think the reason why Lexmark didn't hire us because we are not intelligent or skilled... In fact I have friends and officemates who were topnotchers and/or experienced engineers from other big companies who were not hired.

    Looking back, even if wala ko ge hire sa LRND, my career is still excellent and progressing as of today.

    I'll name a few:
    1. Paid breaks (lunch and 2 15 minute breaks). Though, we work 9.6 hours a day pra d mi mo work ug sat-sun since required as labor ang 6 days work per week.
    2. HMO. Kahig ako 3 ka dependents. 400+ ra ako add on for my 3 dependents. Maxicare Platinum pa jud, pag TL ug manager nana sa Teletech
    3. You'll get a .5 Flex Leave credit if you work on a holiday dri pinas or Cebu. On top na sa SL and VL ha plus you can wear shorts
    4. Aside from 13th month which is mandated by labor, there's a Year end Bonus and Lexmark Incentive Program (dako pa ni sa 13 month).

    Ang kanang 9.6hrs a day bro kay apil nang lunch nd short breaks?

    Ang 3 ka dependents sa HMO kay shouldered nanas company? Excess kay ikaw mobyad?

    Do u guys get to plot ur leaves or inyng tl ra? Mg.shorts every holiday ra?

    Whether or not performing ka kay naa kay mokuha sa year end bonus? Incentive program kay every month?
