High ping at night time around 7pm - 10pm. (mga 300-500). pero below 150ping kung laing nga time. anyone else experience something like this

anyone on fibr having really slow download speeds?
like below 50kbps low...

It's been almost a week and we still don't have internet. It's so frustrating because until now, no technician has visited us or even called us to explain what's going on. Everyday, I would call their hotline and ask for a supervisor. And all they can do is try to call the area and inform them to call me.

For those planning for an upgrade on their plan, as much as possible you have to inquire any PLDT field techs if fiber line is already available na ba in your area. I'd rather prefer fiber line than copper esp in upgrading your speed. Mas prone to noise and copper pag taas na and speeds causing for intermittent connection. So kung fiber is available na sa inyo area and you have existing copper, mas prefer to migrate your line to fiber.
