just lift weights and run..and if obese jud ka try a simple walking twice a day.nya slowly kuhaa sa ang mga processed foods and drinks sa imo food intake(example mga softdrink, junkfoods). Only eat real foods meaning kanang mga pagkaun nga wlay dagahng ingredients.
try mig ang Cosmo Body
yung ganahan kag food supplement, kailangan nimo combination, naaay for fat control, hunger control, fat burner, etc. dako2 gyud imo gasto ana.
you need to take multi-vitamins. unlike sa ila, I suggest that you eat more, as in busog, but 25% is veg (as much as possible hilaw) 25% fruits, 30-40 meat, carbo na ang sobra. fat burning stage man gud nang mabusog ka.. if gapaniwang ka in a wrong, mas mu-gain nuon ka instead of losing.. Just checking, did you gain or did you maintain your weight after nag-diet-diet ka?
Do away with rice... Eat oatmeal instead.
Kung pwede oatmeal ra jud imong kaonon 3 times a day. Pero it is not harmful if you also eat sud-an like fish, meat, etc...
Ang oatmeal dapat 1/2 cup per meal rajud. If dili pa makaya, 3/4 cup. Do this at least a month. If maka exercise ka like jogging and other cardio activities, mas maayo.
You'll be surprise you'll lose 3-4 kilos within 28 days. I've done this before... I lost 10 kilos within 3 months.
Karon kay nesaka napod balik ako timbang, nag start napod kog oatmeal diet.... I just lost 1/2 kilo within a week.

Try no rice diet. Indulge yourself more sa veggies and fruits healthy pa and you'd feel good as in
there is so much wrong information here it's not even funny. the secret to "slimming" or "cutting" weight is calories in versus calories out. how in the world is oatmeal better than rice during a cut? why would you cut rice out of your diet. it provides energy for the body to function.
100g of oatmeal
356 calories
8g of fat
60g of carbs
11g of protein
100g of rice
129 calories
.28g of fat
28g of carbohydrates
3g of protein
carbohydrates are not the devil. it's 2014. the myth about carbohydrates making people fat has been totally myth busted YEARS ago.
the thing that makes people fat is overeating and not exercising. carbohydrates are like the #1 nutrient for the body to function properly.
you can eat as much carbohydrates as you want. as long as you put it to use. via exercising or a living strenuous lifestyle via work.
what makes people fat is when they don't do neither of these things and the carbohydrates turn into stored energy AKA fat cells AKA fat AKA tambok.
the problem is people don't know how balance the two. if you're going to eat a lot of carbohydrates make sure your "lifestyle" allows it. meaning you exercise and live a very busy day through work.
if you don't exercise and have a desk job. don't eat as much.
"dont eat as much"... easier said than done. specially carbs.
the truth is no carbohydrate is an essential nutrient to humans.
Essential nutrient - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
unless you are doing long endurance activities, you really don't need carbs. your body can use fats for energy. one proof are the inuits of the artic region. they rarely eat carbs but instead, they eat large quantities of animal fats.
