mga boss,
im planning to build pc. AMD lang ky murag maka barato jud ko.
need ko maka dual monitor for editing purposes.
pero pwede rag usa ra ka monitor.
plan ta nako nga build
MOBO: gigabyte a75
proc: A4 5300 or A6 5400
RAM: 4gb or 8gb. (depende)
ngutana ko if naa ba SSD ang kana nga board? never tried to have a SSD heh.
please help.
Ok, i have to break the silence now.. I was waiting for somebody to shoulder the burden of telling her that her choice is barely enough for the task.
@karren_arthur
You are not correctly appropriating your budget by getting an ssd. Ayaw padala sa mga suggestion regarding ssd kay kato mga gi-suggest-an ana, naa silay budget to allocate for it. More than anything else, you should be giving more attention to the processor.
You can consider getting:
A second hand 2nd gen i5 (1st gen unta kay mas barato pero pero lisod mangita ug mobo nya)
A Biostar H61 board (brand new)
A second hand GTX650 (GTX560 unta because, though old, that is the cheapest 256bit nvidia card you can get for your money pero manginahanglan na sad ka ug true rated psu)
Lets compute
Imo build
A6-5400 ~2.6k
Gigabyte A75 ~3.5k
Ram ~ 2.4k
SSD ~ 4k
HDD ~ 2k
Total: 14.5k
Suggested build
Used i5 ~ 5k
Biostar H61 ~ 1.6k
RAm ~ 2.4k
Used GTX650 ~ 3.5k
HDD ~ 2k
Total: 14.5k
@keropi thanks for this sir. it helps a lot.
so bati ang amd for the editing? bati sad ug butangan ug VC?
No amount of gpu power can compensate for a deficient cpu sa graphic softwares. Sa gaming pwede pa.
More than anything else, you should be giving more attention to the processor.
forget ssd at that budget. I think possible ang amd trinity nga quad ana nga budget.
A10-5800k + A55 board + 1866 ddr3 ram at least 8gb should do the trick
AMD is not bad for editing. It's the type processor you choose. Mag APU(Accelerated Processing Unit w/ Integrated GPU) is suitable for gamers on the budget but for real time computing get a better CPU perhaps the lowest is i3 or AMD's counterpart which is FX6300 they both have the same price well almost. And please bare in mind when it comes to software application the CPU is always the main actor and never the GPU because CPU does all the intructions set by the applications and a GPU cannot compute like the CPU can. GPU is there to help but only the help and never to take the main role. This is a common misconception when building a good pc.
as what boss @keropi said you should invest on a good cpu for future proofing kay kana sila samot na ang intel dali kau na cla ma obsolete ang kanang GPU pwede rana nimo ilis ilisan kay same rana cla ug expansion slot which is the PCI-E x16

@senpai91
Thanks for elaborating. Nakalimot kog tubag sa pirmero nya nga pangutana.
@karren_arthur
If nahan gyud ka brand new, minimum siguro is fx6300 o A8-5600k. Mao na sila ang barato. Brand new intel will set you back at least 7k.
Otherwise look for seconds in bns particularly for 2nd gen i5s and 6core fx processors. There should be several there selling for 5k and below.
