    your comparing Qualfon with other call centers right? have you compared yourself with other people as well? i mean. people with attitude problem wont stand being at qualfon... but it does the trick. i dare you... go apply for a bigger company... and give me results of yourself 3yrs from now. i know for sure "YOU will still be an agent-- working" as for me... having the a very minimal salary for a call center - like qualfon. having been with issues qualfon has faced over the recent years... am just glad to say I have my own business. that i thank coz Qualfon gave me that chance to fulfill my dreams. kaw? what have you fulfill with all those issues you carry? lol. just my two cents.

    have you tried other call center ba jud? or pa as if lang ka??

    don't you know the QA in Q is so easy? most of the call centers today.

    is basing their QA's on how satisfied the customer after the call? and what if that customer is already

    Irate by the time she/he called? do you think your score will be bigger? I won't mention Any CC, because I know, and most of people in CC industry knows about it.

    and about supervisors? I won't deny there are some EEERrrr sups here in Q but at least there's just a few of them. been to other CC's team mates back stab co team mates because of the pa SIP SIP ways they did to their sups. sups that seldom talk to their agents or go party with them because they think of themselves as a higher human race.

    there's no fair company in the first place, rather look for a less unfair one.

    I bet you didn't stay long enough to see the QA and accounts were easy.

    you're so focus about you being abused And quit.

    face it, life is unfair to start with.

    kai sugnud2 ni dre.. kong dli nimo makaya in ana style. ayaw nalang tuga2 basin mo hilak lang kas floor. hehe.. pro ang style pud na sugnud2 ok pud. double edge blade man gud xa. either you make it or break it. ma baid jud kag dali.. note na gasugal sad ang company ana. ga expect cla na filipinos can adjust and take the pressure easily, pro dli tanan. dra cla na sayup. kai naa jud taw na mangita jud og mas gwapo pa pro ang ato lang pud dako lage sweldo pro kita sad kag ayaw sa gawas. adto kas dako sweldo, dako sad ang gubot kai daghan politics, himoon mog pork barell didto. nya napai sup na crab mentality hehe, .. pro ang atoa lang... if you can work on that kind of pressure. mabuhi naka dre. pro kong kailangan jud kag training for 1whole month. ayaw nalang toga2 dre. hehe.

    ang qa dre makalagot sad usahai kai morag ambot usahai. hehe, pro guidelines man.. dapat follow nalang ka.. pro dli man all times na e monitor ka.. sa imo na ng diskarte gud. kong maro2 lang jud ka,.. ayaw lang dala emotions.. work is work ayaw dal.a sa balai. pro dapat malingaw sad ta samtang ga trabahu. mabuhat man na dre basta kabaw lang ka pag handle sa imo calls. maro2 lang gud. ninja moves dayun. ayaw lang pasakop. ayaw lang tinker2 sa avaya kai dali ra ka masakpan. hehe.. naa daghan way mag ninja moves. pro bootan man ko dli ko mag ninja moves.

    managers dre ok ra pud. kamo lang judge, basta ok ra, hehe.
    ang hr ambut wala pa kau ka bantay. wala man kos hr gud. hehe
