well... if you really the positive and negative things about qualfon, the nega outweighs the good... I EXPERIENCE it myself... been working with other call centers for the past 4 yrs. or so, QUALFON has been the easiest account so far in terms of tools, call procedure however, not only their salary is far way below other centers but their performance matrix sucks! gamay na gani kaayo ang performance bonus / incentives, pwerte pang lisura e achieve ang targets nila.... poor tier 1 agents... imagina gud na nga ang transfer and hold rate nimo apil sa score card....asa ka ana what's worst is that said matrices are not within the agent's control. UNFAIR jud as in unfair.... maypa muingon na lang sila nga gilisud lisud nila ang mga agents kay di sila gusto muhatag sa incentives.... samutan pa nga ingnon lang ka sa mga "feeling" kaayo nga mga supervisors nga "that's just it... it's how the system works" ... take it or leave it... au man sila kay dawat raman silag limpyo.... eeeewwww!!! super duper OA jud. QF is the worst call center employer. they DO NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE and take care of their employees. Ingnon pa ka sa mga all knowing sip2x supes nga "you're the one that needs the company to earn a living.... yamats ra.... ya right, we may the company our means of income but we are rendering our services to the company in return for the financial compensation they give. naa pai PROBATIONARY EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT nila nga wala man gani official logo / heading sa company. ihatag pa ang employee's copy 2 months after gi pirmihan. wala pa juy notario as they claim ila ipa notarize... DOLE paki explain... valid and binding ba na nga klase nga contract
hala luoyag mga comments about sa qualfon ue. Ako ga work ko didto. Ang ma sulti nako, cguro compensation-wise, ahead jud ang uban. Pero sayon man kaayo ang account and halos spoon-fed naka sa tools.. Ma testingan lang jud imo patience ug imo ka switik sa call handling.
Regarding sa sweldo, wa pa ko ka try nga delayed ang sweldo.

ER Only. NOT HR.. you wont get answers on HR. Ask lang what steps are in place to solve issue. The better if your not the only person to file it up. just go with the flow and lets see how far you can go.
these are high claims. are these true on the first place? based on your 1st time post... i dont seem to believe you in any way. i might accept the fact that they have ups and downs... but so far the company is growing.. i mean, those claims you have happened a long time ago. maybe you need to experience the present Q.
i believe your hate to Q is based on past experiences. take a time to read the whole thread when it started. believe me.. im part of this thread. check for yourself. and yeah... am not againts or with Q itself. am just replying on my own free will.
sweldo... this topic had already been answered. anyways... as it was said... for those who dont like the salary... go to another call center... lets see if you can save more... i mean.. here at Q -- with the little salary i have... am able to put up my own business. just my two scents.
ok na lang lagi kun wala nay laing katrabahuan... but should the company's mentality remain as such? abi nanginahanglan man tag work, they have the right to treat their employees UNFAIRLY AND UNJUSTLY? sakto jud tanang negative things imo gsulti about Qualfon... but I still have additional negative things e-share....

magtraining nako ugma sa qualfon.. it is a good thing.
i heard a lot of not soooo nice things about Q.. small salary, last resort nalang daw ni xa na cc from all cc, etc. but nevertheless, i applied here.. i was thinking, why not give Q a chance.. maybe they've improved.. i was impressed with the company because they started small.. and now, they occupy skyrise 3 (9th flr-15th flr)..ain't that sumthing? there are cc's that started big..and where are they now?that's the question..
people say a lot of things.. people get to be biased.. they say there are many irate callers in Q..-->so what??every cc experienced that.. dili tanan irate naa ra sa Q....dba? all cc's have their own share of irate callers, i believe.. yes, gamay cla sweldo...so wat?less stress man pd...that's wat im after...
so let's all stay positive.. mind your own business.. if you don't like Q, ok then.. keep it to urself..
to those na puro lang hearsay2, stop spreading it.. let's all make good to everyone..
