    ning tawag ko cs nya ila ingon activated na akong account pero 5mbps rajud akong na receive usahay mu ubos pa. nagpa buhat kog job order oi para ma tan.aw ni sa technician kay ingon sa agent at least 60% up dapat akong ma receive which is at least 6mbps+. GG!

    anyone from Talisay area experiencing no connectivity at all? called globe CS and naa daw gi ayo sa main line. should i believe them? tsk. it's been 3 days wala jud net. blinking red ang "Power" light sa modem while all the other lights are off.

    parehas na sa akoa sauna nga 4.3 Mbps ra ako gakakuha after naactivate. nagduda ko na activated na kay dili naman 3 Mbps lang ang gakakuha pero mura siyag capped na nga speed kay 4.3 Mbps ra. 15 Mbps ako plan. pagkaugma daun naactivate akong connection pero 4.3 Mbps ray gakakuha. nitawag ko sa CS daun gianhian kog tech. ang gibuhat sa tech kay nagreset ra daw sila. pagcheck nako sa speed kay natarong na daun. ambot kaha if unsa ila gireset sa gawas ato. so far, stable ra pud ako connection. mga 3 months nani hapit.

    ipa visit na, mura guba mana imo modem. dapat mag on jd na ang power, if naay guba sa imo connection dapat ang dsl / internet ang wala ra.

    Any one here knows if okay ang Globe sa Plaza Housing area? I'm planning to get another provider since PLDT has been giving me a headache since last week.

    Still not yet upgraded! Technician already reboots it to 15mbs here, what they called the box sa amo pero wala pa jud.

    I should call globe na sad daw kung wala pa. They reset it already daw kuno. Check lang nako daw til ogma kung wala pa, tawag

    na lang.
