Depende sa work. If SEO, Data Entry, Wordpress, Administrative works kay hourly ako gusto. Pero if mga Graphic design projects mas mo prefer kog fixed price. Pero magbackground check (feedbacks) jud ko daan if fixed price man gani para mkasure ko nga reliable ug trusted ang employer.

IMO, dili kayo important as long as naa nakay work history and very good (5/5) feedback. If wala pakay work history, you just need to enhance your profile. Fill out every information needed (skills, education, employment history, certification, portfolios, etc.).
