Hey, I was at whitegold ganina. naay bago fish and plants. But no new brains for their sales ladies. I was able to extract information from one and she said that fish shipments usually arrive saturday morning or early afternoon but not always every saturday.

The plants: green cabomba, red water milfoil (myriophyllum tuberculatum i think), crypt aponogentifolia, some small red crypt that turns green and gigantic when grown submerged , bacopa moneywort, Plain sword plant, hydrilla and hygro difformis.

Im not sure if its really red water milfoil but it does look like it. tag 15 each bunch.

There are some new african cichlids pero common ra. naay frontosa 1.5 inch tag 280. Gi sagol sa mga pandas . I noticed some huge bronze cories but they look deformed and on steroids.

I got me the green cabomba and red water milfoil. i think the milfoil wont last long, literature sez it needs very high light but high hardness. The green cabomba wont last long either since they require very high co2 in the water column.

@Kloy, naay tangerines didto bago if youd want to risk whitegold quality. Tag 24 each and around 1-2 inches. They dont look tangerine, more like pale sickly orange.

tag 15 per bunch tanan regardless of variety. around 4-5 stems or 3 rosettes per bunch.
White gold usually prices plants the same since it will take them a long time to identify which is which. hehe

From what i can recall. there were
goldfishes (daghan variety karon)
rainbow shark
albino rainbow shark
frontosa
german guppy
bronze corydoras on steroids
malaysian arowana (sick)
small knife fish
assorted african cichlids (sorry am not a fan of them)
zebra danios
tigers, rosies, aurelius barbs
they have some gorgeous bettas
some purple parrot fishes (the deformed ones without tails)

@DubCity, I can get my sorry arse to Gaisano tabunok. hehe. Pero i think manukad ko sa gaisano south to ride a dyip to gaisano tabunok.

My life now revolves around mandaue, banilad, SM and Ayala so wala na koy earth sa south. I remember visiting a petshop in Gaisano Tabunok pero di man kaau to nindot. There was also a petshop neat the overpass pero wala ko ka visit pa ato. I dont know if open pa to kay i think it was 5-6 years ago.

Soggy if you wanna ride straight up padung lawaan talisay adto SM sakay and ride the KMK bus kanang bus nga tag 8 ang plete..it would cost you 15 bucks to get to lawaan and aircon pa..di pa jud hassle =) old school way is to go to SM rie a 10h or 10m jeep at the terminal naog ka sa PARDO church, ride a 43b or any 43-44 jeepny..and naog ka lawaan =) abot naka ngadto..total cost 14 pesos (oldsckool, wa pay labot sa ka hassle ug abog ug trapik)


and oo open pa kaayo to ang naa dapit sa bridge..just didnt check them out yet.

are the petshops in talisay worth the trip. basin same ra sab magallanes ang source. remember going to gaisano tubunok. :P bati man stocks didto..mas nice pa whitegold. pero katong ubos sa flyover..uhmm... pareho pareho ra sab sa magallanes. the usual .. goldfish, swordtails, mollies, guppies, janitors.. etc..


wala pa hinuon ko ka adto sa katong usa ka petshop sa talisay gihisgot ninyo.

I quarantined the red milfoils in a bucket and they started growing emersed leaves. nice. Magbilin ko ug stems na ako i patubo sa soil.
