it is confirmed that we can charter small planes to drop relief goods in specific areas in Leyte. Per info, it will cost 30t to mobilize the biplanes which i think we can raise if all of us will just contribute....

It looks like volunteer groups are so far doing an even greater and efficient job than the organized ones. Imagine a group of young volunteers being able to summon a navy ship to transport collected and repacked relief goods from Cebu to Guiuan, Samar!
