    [talking about upgrades]
    different cars react differently to aftermarket bolt-on products
    for example : the RSX responce realy good on bolt-on products,...... but if i were to apply the same upgrade'z on my car (5th Gen. Prelude) the gains wouldn't be the same,.... (the RSX might gain 15HP on some kind of aftermarket bolt-on upgrade and the Prelude might gain just 5HP or maybe less or maybe none)
    as they say,.... the Prelude is the black sheep of the family,.... it has alot of potential'z but it doesnt have alot of aftermarket parts like Civic'z and Integra'z,..... i dont know why,... maybe its because it doesnt react to aftermarket bolt-on products that well,.... to get the same gain as the RSX,.... you would have to go custom

    so i agree with u "SPRINGFIELD_XD_40" when u said that diff. cars react differently to aÂ* peformance air intake system'z

    @cholocoy: could it be that only a few people upgrade their preludes that's why aftermarket performance parts makers focus more on civics and integras? in this case, research mostly is focused on cars that ensure better demand, which are the civics etc..

I have nothing against them because as what ive said on the previous post's , not only me but from experiences and actual R & D of not only vehicles that are bound for performance but actual PERFORMANCE CARS ie Fairladies , Silvias , ITR's , SRT-4's whom some are stock , mildly and wildly modified used K & N's because of the satisfaction of its duty and " performance " as an air filter .     Our intake kits make power! Want proof? Take a look below. We use Dyno Jet and Mustang Dynameters and all final dyno runs were conducted with the hood closed. All horsepower and torque numbers are calculated to the rear wheels and factory computer software was unchanged, except for the Euro Kit, which requires special software. These are REAL dyno power and torque numbers, not guestimates or Power Point slides.

    Â* We need to know what else was inside other than the intake kits that were being tested . If it is totally BONE STOCK except for the INTAKE KIT that was installed , why would they waste time dynoing . Did you know that a changing the ECU of a BMW like the DINAN chips gives you an instant 30 real WHP ? You wont see that under the hood either bisan open hood pa sila mag dyno .

    Â* Bro , its just a matter of REASEARCH and knowing how the H23 / H22 works . The support of the aftermarket products are great for the zPreludes no matter what year and model it is . The only thing that makes it a lesser choice of enthusiast over Integs and Civs is the WEIGHT . Preludes are very heavy if you are heading to being really serious in drag racing using it as a platform .

    I dont really know who .... maybe HILTON MOTORS kay nag champion man to sila . I do know that my personal mechanic and tuner can make a slow car go fast and a fast car go faster .

    there'z only 58,118 5th Gen. Prelude'z made for the entire U.S. (97 - 01)
    (since 1979 - 2001,..... Honda only made 5 dif'rent kinds of Prelude'z,.....) i dont know wat u call that,... but dat stands out for me,...

    so i dont know,..... maybe the aftermarket manufacturer'z dint see dat as a demand,..... coz of the number of units made total
    maybe its the 2,950 pounds weight of the car,....

    Hilton is like the top mothaf_cker'z in legal drag racing in cebu,......
    but how does H3 and ACR compare to them?
    does anybody know wats goin' on with Hilton'z R34?? are they gonna make it a strickly drag car or is it gonna be just for show?

    Hiltons format is really nice because they have access to nice cars and fast cars JAPANS has to offer . But to say HILTON's is the best in Cebu is over rated also because we are discrediting the men behind the tuning of the cars , the mechanics . HILTONS or the LIM"s AFAIK dont know shit !! Sapian lang kay ni enter sa duwa sa bisyo sa mga adik . Anyways if anybody here remember TEAM ADELA or ADELA RACING, the OG's of drag racing in Cebu and put Cebu to what is drag racing now for Cebuanos disappeared out of nowhere because there cars sucked after their mechanic left . That mechanic is " EDWIN " , the personal mechanic I am talking about earlier .
