    Kanang "6 meals a day" kay giconsider nana sa uban as myth d ko sure. Nistop naq ana kay gutmon kag maau after every meal gasto kaau nia d naka kapugong sa imog kaon kay gutom jd. Maanad imo lawas nga perme kaon. Nahitabo ato nako sauna 2rice per meal nia 6 meals a day para ma satisfy ko nga d gutmon. Hahah

    I've learn this from a health convention. try daw ninyo ang sequence na fruit, then garden salad, then protein lastly carbo. 2 parts fruits, 3 parts garden salad, 2 parts protein then 1 part carbo. pero dili nuan ka cge gutomon, i just don't know kung manambok ka. I tried this, 6-7 hours ko after gutomon pero ang uban ingon sila after 5 hrs.
