1) why did sulpicio hit the aft starboard side of the 2go vessel?

2) basing on the news, st thomas called sulpicio and requested stbd to stbd pass, no answer from sulpicio

3) sulpicio is on the path for the inbound vessel(mao nga ni call ug stbd to stbd ang 2go)

4) yes maka slowdown ka and itll take a couple of miles and minutes before mo take effect imong last command.

5) , tan awa ang picture ako gi post. maka klaro ka ug suga sa barko or not? that is because of the lights from the city against a vessel's navigational lights.

6) lastly, dont compare a ship to a car nga mo hunong or mo liko dayon. mao nay gitawag ug headway. from full ahead to stationary. it may take a couple of miles for a ship to stop.

Wat i am stressing here is that dili excuse ng lisud i maniho ng barko. Ayaw himuang excuse nga keyso in ana na ang barko murag normal ra ng mag bangga.
